Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when you subscribe.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Dollar A Month AI is a recurring subscription ($1 per month or as shown at checkout).
• By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Prices and billing periods are shown clearly at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

3. Auto-renewal and cancellation

• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel at any time by contacting us at ua@dollaramonth.ai.
• When you cancel, you will usually keep access until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again.

4. Refund policy (summary)

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.
• If you believe there has been an error or you are unhappy with the service, email us at ua@dollaramonth.ai and we will review your case.
• We may offer a refund or credit at our discretion or where required by law.

5. Use of content

• All content we provide (emails, briefings, website content, designs) is owned or licensed by Hyathi Technologies Private Limited.
• You are allowed to use the content for your own personal or business use.
• You may not resell, republish, or package our content as your own product or competing service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Try to disrupt, hack, or overload the Service
• Copy or scrape large portions of content or data from the Service

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these rules.

7. No guarantees

We do our best to provide helpful, accurate, and timely information, but:

• We do not promise specific business results or outcomes.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Use the information we provide as input to your own decisions. You are responsible for how you use it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law:

• Hyathi Technologies Private Limited and its team will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Some places do not allow all of these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes to the Service and prices

• We may update or change the Service over time.
• We may change pricing in the future. If we do, we'll let you know in advance and changes will apply to future billing periods only.
• If you don't agree with a future price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms sometimes.

We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. If we make significant changes, we may also notify you by email or on the site.

Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hyathi Technologies Private Limited is registered, unless your local law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts in that jurisdiction, unless a different law requires a different forum.
